Unfortunately, we do not issue refunds on any digital products, however we will be happy to issue you a store credit for the purchase of future products.

Note that downloadable items such as templates, guides, workbooks, presets and specialty packs are prohibited from any refunds or store credits, no exceptions

Courses can be viewed by logging into your account and can be streamed on your computer or mobile devices.

Digital downloads will be delivered via a downloadable link.

All Purchased materials can be accessed by logging into your account. Your courses and subscriptions will be available directly on your dashboard. Downloadable items can be found in account settings inside of the downloads tab.

Upon purchase you will have unlimited streamable access to your courses for the lifetime of the site. 

For subscriptions, you will have access until you cancel your subscription or your account is no longer billable.

We don’t know why you would ever want to do such a thing, but in the event you would like to cancel your subscription you can do so by logging in to your account and clicking on Account Settings.
