Are you passionate about photography, people, and being part of something amazing? Then we want YOU on the Bokeh Summit Volunteer Team!
We’re looking for energetic, reliable, and enthusiastic individuals who are ready to help us create an unforgettable experience for our attendees. From behind-the-scenes coordination to keeping the vibes high on-site, our volunteers are the heart of this event.
This is your chance to be part of the Bokeh family in a meaningful way—and have a ton of fun while you’re at it!
WHAT YOU’LL GET AS A VOLUNTEER:
Aside from gaining insider access to one of the most exciting photography conferences of the year, Bokeh Summit volunteers will receive:

Important Note: All volunteers must purchase a standard ticket to Bokeh Summit 2025 in advance. If selected to volunteer and you fulfill all assigned duties, you will receive a full reimbursement after the event.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
Being part of the Bokeh Crew means stepping up when needed and representing the spirit of community we’re known for. Here’s what that looks like:
Attend the mandatory volunteer meeting
When: Sunday, July 27 at 2:00 PM
Where: Westin Buckhead Atlanta
You’ll receive your swag and daily assignments. Volunteers working registration will begin that same afternoon.
Commit to the full volunteer experience
This includes being available through July 27 at 2pm through the 31st at 2pm, helping with teardown and load out closing tasks as needed.
Show up with a positive attitude and team mindset
While you’ll have time to soak in the event, volunteering is your top priority. Expect to be assigned several shifts (5–8 hours per day) and assist across multiple areas depending on need.
